SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia.
 
RETURNS POLICY

FULL PRICE SUNGLASSES – For full price sunglasses purchased online, we will happily provide a full refund or exchange for change of mind if the item(s) is returned within 30 days of receipt.
SALE SUNGLASSES – For sale items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
PRESCRIPTION GLASSES – As prescription lenses are custom made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
 
 
 

If your item is eligible for return based on our returns policy, you can either:
 
    1. Return the item(s) to your nearest Carolina Lemke Australian store. Click here for store locations.
    2. Contact us via the support function and we will provide you with a returns form and process to follow.  
Once we receive your return we will process your refund, or we’ll be in touch to arrange an exchange.
 
There are a few things to keep in mind if you are returning something:
  • The goods are to be returned in original condition, with all original tags, case, cleaning cloth and original packaging.
  • Any item presented for return or exchange needs to be accompanied with its proof of purchase.
  • You will organise and cover any shipping costs if not returning to one of our stores.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the case of a faulty item, please contact us via the support function and we will endeavor to replace or fix the faulty item or provide you with a refund.
